The first Scottish Episcopal Church Lay Readers Conference took place at The Police College, Tulliallan, Scotland from 7-9 May 2010.
Bishop David (St Andrews) Primus of the SEC attended together with Bishop Bob Gillies (Aberdeen) and the keynote speaker was Dr Christina Baxter who came up from England.

Over sixty Readers and Lay Leaders attended the conference.
